Annual reporting

Congregations are required to report certain information yearly. Here is a checklist of what needs to be reported, and when.

  1. Annual Reporting Form: Congregations should fill out this form annually after their annual meeting, but no later than April 1. This list includes contact information, lay leadership, ministry leaders, facilities information, human resources and financial information and more. You can expect that it will take 15 to 30 minutes to complete the form. You will be able to save and return to the form.  Link to form
  2. Parochial Report: Due March 1 annually. By canon, failure to file the reports by the deadline results in that congregation’s lay delegation losing its vote at convention      Link to resources
  3. Church audit: Due September 1 annually     Link to resources
