DESCRIPTION:The Kenyon College Chamber Singers\, a small choir devoted to the literature for chamber ensemble\, both a cappella and accompanied\, will perform at Trinity Church on Capitol Square on Friday\, March 7 at 7 pm. \nThe Kenyon College Chamber Singers\, known for their exceptional artistry\, promote a rich choral tradition\, reflecting both their academic pursuits and musical passion. This premier ensemble of 45 talented undergraduates\, are let by Dr. Benjamin Locke\, professor of music\, and will present a diverse a cappella program featuring works by Ralph Vaughan Williams\, Kenyou graduate Andrea Daly\, and traditional South African hymns. Highlights include “Valiant-for-Truth” and “Beloved\,” along with special arrangements honoring Kenyon College’s bicentennial.
