Nourish your body\, mind and heart through prayer\, small and large group discussion\, journaling\, quiet time\, laughter\, music\, movement\, and resources. Rest in peace\, be awakened in joy\, and experience the simple presence of God in our midst. \nDr. Westina Matthews is an author\, public speaker\, spiritual director\, and retreat leader who has found a way to connect with others through her books\, essays\, lectures\, and teaching. For twelve years\, she was an Adjunct Professor at The General Theological Seminary in the Center for Christian Spirituality where she taught Contemplative Spiritual Direction.
