DESCRIPTION:Hyde Park Church Collective Presents: Lessons from the Wilderness: What the Bible Can Teach us about Politics (and It’s Not What You Think) with author\, Angela Rockop Erisman. \nJoin us on Wednesday\, January 14 at 6:30 pm in the Sanctuary at Church of the Redeemer\, Hyde Park. \nAngela Roskop Erisman is an independent scholar of the Hebrew Bible/Old Testament with an active program of writing and teaching in a variety of community settings\, both religious and secular. She holds a PhD from Hebrew Union College-Jewish Institute of Religion and is a past winner of the Manfred Lautenschläger Award for Theological Promise\, an international award for outstanding early career scholarship in the field of religion.
