DESCRIPTION:A multi-faith volunteer gathering held on the third Saturday of each month\, Big Book Moments at Tikkun Farm\, are designed for all ages and abilities\, and is a great opportunity to have a spiritual experience while listening for God’s voice in the Big Book of Creation. We will work together to serve the needs of the farm. Projects may include work that supports the garden\, helps with a construction task that needs a lot of hands\, works inside organizing materials\, or processing alpaca fiber. DESCRIPTION:Las Posadas is an Hispanic tradition reenacting the Holy Family’s journey to find shelter. Transformations CDC will sponsor a celebration of Las Posadas on Saturday\, December 16 at 6 p.m. in the Westmont neighborhood in Cincinnati. Many residents of Westmont have made similar journeys\, so it is especially poignant for them. \nCarrying candles\, we will relive meeting the gruff\, then welcoming\, innkeeper\, sing traditional (bilingual) songs and carols\, and enjoy hot food and drink. Each child will receive a stuffed animal. \nThe event will be held in the pocket park between 1915 and 1917 Westmont Lane.
