DESCRIPTION:We believe that everyone is a beloved child of God\, deserving of dignity and respect. Everyone is welcome and included in our church because we believe that the Kingdom of God contains a vast multitude and diversity of persons\, identities\, and orientations. LGBTQIA+ individuals and families are welcomed into the full sacramental life and worship of the church and encouraged to participate in leadership\, ministry\, and service at all levels. \nJoin us for a celebratory Pride Mass at 5:00 pm on Sunday\, June 29. \nPride Service Choir Rehearsal | 3:00 pm in the Nave  \nCome sing with us! Bring your choir robe if you have one.Email Kirsten Marron at kmarron@cccath.org by Wednesday\, June 24 to let us know you’re coming! \nPride Service with Holy Eucharist | 5:00 – 6:15 pm  \nAll are welcome! Clergy are invited to vest and process. \nPride Dinner | 6:15 – 7:00 pm  \nFood is provided\, just bring fellowship! \nTwilight Tea and Drag Performance | 7:00 – 9:00 pm  \nThe DJ will be in Sycamore Commons starting at 6:00\, and the drag Performers will join them at 7 pm. Alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages will be provided. \nIn the event of inclement weather\, the DJ and show will be moved inside to the Cathedral Library.

DESCRIPTION:Join us for a special Feast Day Eucharist and Teach-In honoring the Rev. Pauli Murray\, one of the most influential voices for justice\, equality\, and human dignity in American history. \nThe celebration will feature a vibrant Jazz Eucharist\, blending the richness of Episcopal liturgy with the spirit and improvisation of jazz music in a service of worship\, remembrance\, and inspiration. Before the Eucharist\, participants are invited to a Teach-In exploring Pauli Murray’s enduring legacy as a civil rights activist\, legal scholar\, poet\, and one of the first women ordained as a priest in The Episcopal Church. \nTogether\, we will reflect on Murray’s prophetic witness and consider how their life continues to challenge and inspire the Church and society today. \nAll are welcome to attend this evening of worship\, learning\, music\, and community.
