Miriam uses picture books in this training to discover\, explore\, discuss\, and share stories. We’ll explore topics you may not have learned about in your formal education but are crucial to our understanding as we work to repair\, heal\, and see God in each other. \nLunch or snacks are welcome. We will share stories\, scripture\, and solutions to dismantle racism in our corner of God’s creation. \nAttend all sessions for certification. DESCRIPTION:The Episcopal Creation Care Gathering invites Creation Care leaders and activists to spend time digging deep into the theological and practical ministry of Creation Care across the Episcopal Church. \nDuring this gathering\, you will have the opportunity to engage in conversation\, learning\, and practice as we explore the deep relationships that bind spirituality\, justice\, ecology\, discipleship\, and evangelism as we move into the next era of Christian faith. The event includes workshops\, plenaries\, outdoor recreation\, and intentional conversation. Participants can choose from a variety of lodging – from tent camping to hotel-style rooms at the Procter Center. Delicious seasonal meals that accommodate dietary needs are included in the all-inclusive package price. \nRegistration opens April 1\, 2026.
