SUMMARY:Procter Earth Day Work Day
DESCRIPTION:All are invited to join the Procter Center team and members of the Southern Ohio Chapter of the Order of Naucratius for an Earth Day Work Day\, giving thanks for the gift of creation by giving back to the land through service and prayer. \nThe Procter Farm and Outdoor Education Team along with members of the Order of Naucratius will lead a morning filled with service projects for all skill levels and abilities\, across the Procter Woods\, Lake Leo\, and Procter Farm. Our morning concludes with praying Noonday Prayer together and partaking in a delicious thank you lunch\, prepared by the Procter Kitchen Crew and Naucratius leaders. \nKids are invited to participate in Camp WILD activities during our service project time. All participants\, regardless of age\, will have opportunity for community connection and play. \n9 am – Gather\, Light Breakfast\n9:15 am – Projects begin\nNoon – Noonday Prayer then lunch\n1 pm – Departure \nPlease bring work gloves (extras will be available if needed)\, a refillable water bottle\, and wear shoes and clothes that can get dirty. \nEveryone is welcome! All minors must be accompanied by a responsible adult. This event is free\, but please register so we know how much lunch to prepare! DESCRIPTION:You are invited to come and celebrate Rogation – a special time when we bless the land as a diocese – at Procter Farm! \nBishop White will lead the procession as we visit various stations around Procter that represent our common life together. We will also have a picnic\, have some lawn games out\, kite flying\, fishing\, and more! If the weather cooperates will also offer a Hayride to Procter Woods. \nParticipants are invited to bring soil\, water\, and seeds from their homes or congregations to share and be blessed. Help us plan for our diocesan-wide Rogation celebration! \nSaturday\, May 16\, 2026 \nArrive by 10 am\nConcludes after a picnic lunch \n Everyone is welcome! All minors must be accompanied by a responsible adult. This event may be of particular interest to church groups\, families\, and Green Teams. \nThe celebration is free of charge; we ask for donations for meals $15 per adult and $10 per child\, 5 and older as you are able.
