SUMMARY:Las Posadas
DESCRIPTION:Las Posadas is an Hispanic tradition reenacting the Holy Family’s journey to find shelter. Transformations CDC will sponsor a celebration of Las Posadas on Saturday\, December 16 at 6 p.m. in the Westmont neighborhood in Cincinnati. Many residents of Westmont have made similar journeys\, so it is especially poignant for them. \nCarrying candles\, we will relive meeting the gruff\, then welcoming\, innkeeper\, sing traditional (bilingual) songs and carols\, and enjoy hot food and drink. Each child will receive a stuffed animal. \nThe event will be held in the pocket park between 1915 and 1917 Westmont Lane.
