A Pilgrimage Experience
You are invited to journey with a cohort of your peers from other Columbus parishes through four workshops over the course of four weeks. Each week you’ll move through a different workshop as if the workshops were wayside shrines on a pilgrimage. Each workshop will focus on a different approach to hope, grounded in Episcopal piety and tradition. The workshops are:

Sustaining Everyday Activism With Disciplines of Hope
Come together to learn and share how committed practices of hope carry us through both daunting and satisfying seasons in the call of all the baptised to be co-creators in the Kingdom of God.
Led by Di McCullough.

Finding words of Hope in the Wilderness: Writing our Way
In this workshop we will use psalms and lament as models to write our own poetry of hope as we walk, individually and collectively, through the wilderness of our lives, our world, our now.
Led by Robin Holland.

Witnessing Hopewell
Ohio’s Hopewell Ceremonial Landscapes are our newest World Heritage sites. What does it mean to be an Episcopalian living among them? This workshop presents highlights of what archaeologists know about Hopewell religious practices and opens a discussion of how we fold these magnificent places into our sense of being Christians.
Led by John Soderberg.

On Repentance and Repair
In this workshop, based on the book by Rabbi Danya Ruttenberg, we’ll reflect together on how to take responsibility for our mistakes and what we need in order to heal after being hurt.
Led by the Reverend Gia Hayes-Martin
