Cemeteries, Columbaria, and Memorial Gardens
Parishes that have cemeteries, columbaria or memorial gardens must fill out a Cemetery Renewal Application with the State of Ohio annually by the September 30 deadline. Failure to do so can result in a violation handled by local prosecutors.

Encumbering & Selling Church Property
Guidelines about the canonical requirements concerning the alienation or encumbrance of real property owned by a congregation (church buildings, rectories, other buildings, and land) has been made available by the Standing Committee. These requirements apply to actions of vestries, mission councils, trustees, clergy, or other bodies within the Church.
Episcopal Church Building Fund Loans
The Episcopal Church Building Fund (ECBF) assists parishes and ministries by providing loans for building and renovation projects. They invite applications for projects large and small. Learn more.

The Church Insurance Agency Corporation (CIAC) has prepared recommendations in regard to the use of church property by outside groups.
