Red Door Community Concert: Yun Kim

Join the people of Holy Trinity, Oxford, for “Wild Card,” a free concert of exciting music from the 17th to the 21st century! The fourth concert of the Red Door Community Concert Series features organist Yun Kim on Holy Trinity’s magnificent Nordlie Organ.

Yun Kim is widely hailed for her vibrant performances and is passionate about presenting engaging programs of diverse musical styles to her audiences. Concert reviewers have described her performances as “remarkable” (The American Organist), “uniquely spectacular” (Hope College Anchor), and that she “plays with great sensitivity and great élan” (The Diapason). She has been a featured recitalist at National Conventions of the Organ Historical Society and several American Guild of Organists Regional Conventions. Her performances have been broadcast nationally on Pipedreams.

Yun Kim is currently Choirmaster and Organist at Christ Church, Dayton, and teaches organ at Sinclair Community College. She received her Doctor of Music in Organ Performance from Indiana University.

As always, the concert is free and open to the public. Masks suggested. The concert will also be posted on the Holy Trinity YouTube channel.
