Choral Evensong

The Parish Choir of Christ Church, Glendale, presents a Service of Choral Evensong on Sunday, March 30 at 4 pm.
Based on the ancient service from the Church of England’s 1662 Book of Common Prayer, Evensong is a 45-minute service that ends the day with beautiful music and prayers. Music includes Responses by William Smith (1603-1645), Canticles by Jessica French (b. 1984), and the anthem “Jesus so lowly” by Harold Friedell (1905-1958). A reception follows in All Saints’ Hall.
