PIMIL Luncheon

The Partners in Ministry in Liberia (PIMIL) 14th Annual International Luncheon and Silent Auction and Fundraiser will take place on Saturday, July 22 from 12:30 to 3:30 p.m. at St. Philip, Columbus. The Rt. Rev. Dr. James B. Sellee, 13th bishop of the Episcopal Church of Liberia will speak via Zoom.

The family-friendly event will include “talking drums” of Africa, making of African grass skirts, and American and Liberian food. Dolls in Liberian clothing and other items will be for sale, and attendees will have the opportunity to read student essays on the theme “Knock and it will be opened unto you.”

Tickets are $20 for adults, and $10 for children under 18. Donations are accepted. Proceeds support the education of over 200 students in Liberia, who now include COVID-19 orphans.
