Regional Confirmation

You are warmly invited to this joyful and sacred celebration as members of our diocese, in the presence of Bishop White, affirm their faith through the sacramental rite of confirmation.

At confirmation, individuals claim those baptismal vows as their own, renewing their commitment to follow Christ and serve God’s mission in the world. This service also includes reception (for those confirmed in another tradition) and reaffirmation (for those who wish to renew their commitment). Please come and show your support for these confirmands as they take this next step in their faith journey. Your presence will be a blessing!

Clergy are invited to vest and process wearing cassock and surplice, red* stoles.

Saturday, September 6 schedule

• 1 pm – Rehearsal for Confirmands & Sponsors
• 2 pm – Service of Confirmation
• After – Festive Reception

Register Candidates

Congregations with candidates for confirmation, reception, and reaffirmation must register their participants no later than August 15. Ideally, this form should be submitted by the parish clergy, senior warden, or parish administrator. Individuals should not register on their own.
