Threshold

Threshold is a fresh focus on leadership for priests who are new to the diocese, and resident clergy who are transitioning into new leadership roles in one of our parishes.

Participants are invited to attend eight sessions that run on a rotating basis throughout the course of one year covering a wide range of topics to prepare you well to step into your new roles with confidence and care.

In our sessions, we will cover: Trust Development, Communication and Conflict Resolution, Culture Building and Vision Casting, Church Finances and Property Stewardship, Who to Call on the Diocesan Staff, Worship & Liturgy, Collegial Relationships, and Health and Wellness. To graduate from the program, participants are asked to attend each of these eight sessions once.

Our gatherings will generally occur on the third Thursdays of each month (August-November & January-April), from 12-3pm with lunch included at Procter Camp and Conference Center!
