Southern Ohio Episcopalians,
This coming November, we will gather for our 152nd Convention as a diocese. Our convention includes opportunities for learning, for sharing meals together, and for sharing together our celebrations and challenges as congregational leaders. On Saturday, at our business meeting, parish delegates will convene for governance, considering resolutions, passing a budget, and electing leaders to several positions of diocesan leadership.
Nominations are now open for those convention-elected positions. This year’s open positions are listed below and more detailed information on each office, including anticipated time commitments, can be found on our website.

One clergy person for a three-year term

One lay person for a one-year unexpired term
Please consider whether you (or someone else in your congregation) may have the skills, interest, and capacity to lend your voice and perspective to our collective diocesan mission and ministry. In order to be presented at pre-convention meetings, nominations must be submitted by September 21st (the final deadline is October 21). Click here to access the nominations form.
All nominees who submit before September 21st will have the opportunity to provide a two-minute video introduction to be introduced during our Zoom pre-convention meetings: Oct. 1 for the Eastern Region, Oct. 6 Western Region, Oct. 7 Central Region, and Oct. 8 Southwest Region.
