Spirituality, community, social justice to be explored at Westside Imagination Conference

Westside Churches United, a new collaboration of six churches on the west side of Cincinnati including St. James, Westwood, is hosting the Westside Imagination Conference July 19-21 at Westwood United Methodist Church. Keynote speakers are Xavier University’s Dr. Adam Clark, speaking on “Keeping the Faith: Contemplation and Liberation,” and Jody Michele and Andrea Mae, sharing a practical theology of disability and inclusion. The Rev. Rebecca Bossarge will be the Community Spiritual Conversation Guide.

The weekend will also include worship, workshops, a prayer room, visits to neighborhood community development organizations, a Saturday evening concert, and Sunday evening Beer and Hymns at West Side Brewing. For more information and to register, go to westsideimagination.com.
